Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a reputable company to hire a skilled Dispatcher. This company is known for its fast-paced environment, strong customer commitment, and high-quality service offerings.

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused professional who excels in communication, problem-solving, and multitasking. Experience with Service Fusion or similar dispatching software is strongly preferred.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay: $24-$28/hr (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

• Schedule service appointments, technician routes, and parts pickups.
• Monitor and manage daily service routes to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Relay accurate and timely information between technicians and customers.
• Provide high-level customer service by responding to inquiries and maintaining clear communication.
• Follow up on part orders; schedule job completion once parts arrive.
• Assist in coordinating workloads and adjusting schedules as needed throughout the day.
• Ensure continuity of service operations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with a professional, customer-centered approach.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with Service Fusion is a plus.
• Dependability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under frequent pressure.
• Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
